These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to BD Bazi's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process described in Section 11 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
